maybe everyone should just go through some form of heartbreak once in their lives. if not, how would you ever learn? 

have your whole world shatter into a million pieces, your emotional being in upheavals, if not, how would you ever learn?

know that nothing is easy in this world, and you’re not excused from such a test. if not, how would you ever learn?

experience having it all and losing it all. experience that life is unfair. experience that a person’s gain is another’s loss. if not, how would you ever learn? 

see the joy of newlyweds, while on the other side of the world, someone else is widowed young. if not, how would you ever learn?

see the joy of the mother as she carries her newborn, while on the other side of the world, another mother holds on tightly to her stillborn. if not, how would you ever learn?

where there is life, there is also death. while someone is dying to live, someone else on the other side is living to die.
